The basic agreement for those who want to ensure instrument safety (CE marking), reliability, performance, longer life and increased availability through reduced downtime. The service contract is a prerequisite for taking out an extended warranty. The instrument must then be serviced annually as recommended by the manufacturer/supplier for the warranty to be valid.
Full service contract
Full service contract
The premium contract for those who want a fixed scheduled service and cost control for instrument servicing. The contract includes, in addition to everything an R&M contract covers, an unlimited number of remedial visits including spare parts (subject to certain components having a limited lifetime). This gives the instrument a longer lifetime and increased availability through reduced downtime.
Support contract
Support contract
For customers with a service contract, we can also combine it with a support contract. A support contract includes application and methodology optimization, user support and software assistance.

The agreement for those with a high need for knowledge and accessibility. Can be tailored to your business if needed. May include regular staff training, preventive maintenance, spare parts, traceable validations, application development and emergency service when needed.
