Preventive maintenance (PM contract)

The basic agreement for those who want to ensure instrument safety (CE marking), reliability, performance, longer life and increased availability through reduced downtime. The service contract is a prerequisite for taking out an extended warranty. The instrument must then be serviced annually as recommended by the manufacturer/supplier for the warranty to be valid.

A preventive maintenance contract includes:

– We contact you for service using our administrative systems.

– Service record with basic data and any problems you raise.

– Functional check: Here the instrument is tested according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

– Control is carried out with traceable standards according to the manufacturer’s instructions. However, this is an additional service as customers’ requirements differ.

– Documentation, service report and record of the items carried out during preventive maintenance.

– Cleaning (of functional details that are not part of the normal maintenance of the equipment).

– Replacement of wear parts, as recommended by the supplier or BergmanLaboras experienced technicians.

– Adjustments.

-Working hours excl. travel and accommodation. – Support by phone or TeamViewer 60min.

-Wear parts and spare parts are charged according to the price list minus a 10% discount.

Full service contract

Full service contract

The premium contract for those who want a fixed scheduled service and cost control for instrument servicing. The contract includes, in addition to everything an R&M contract covers, an unlimited number of remedial visits including spare parts (subject to certain components having a limited lifetime). This gives the instrument a longer lifetime and increased availability through reduced downtime.

A full service contract includes:

– We contact you for service using our administrative systems.

– Service record with basic data and any problems you raise.

– Functional check: Here the instrument is tested according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

– Control is carried out with traceable standards according to the manufacturer’s instructions. However, this is an additional service as customers’ requirements differ.

– Documentation, service report and records of the items performed during preventive maintenance.

– Cleaning (of functional details that are not part of the normal maintenance of the equipment).

– Replacement of wear parts, as recommended by the supplier or BergmanLaboras experienced technicians.

– Adjustments.

– Working hours excl. travel and accommodation. This applies to qualified faults, more information on this can be found in the service contract.

– Support by phone or TeamViewer.

– Spare parts, excluding consumables and wear parts, are included in the contract price.

– Consumables and wear parts are charged according to the price list minus a 15% discount.

– Components with a limited lifetime, such as lasers, computers, lighting are included in full-service contracts under certain restrictions.

For customers with a service contract, we can also combine it with a support contract. A support contract includes application and methodology optimization, user support and software assistance.
